Refurbishing the Ladies Aid Building

The entire structure to be reseated on new cement foundation.
The front steps and porch to be rebuilt.
Two small wing additions in the back, one on each side of
the current kitchen, will house an expanded kitchen and
an indoor bathroom with shower.
Plans are that the additions will be winterized and
supplied with a source of emergency power, so as to
provide a haven in case of a protracted blackout.
