FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. - Boynton L. Stanley, 53, died here Jan. 13, following a long illness.

He was born on Crnberry Isle, Maine, June 14, 1915, the son of Lewis and Leah (Sawyer) Stanley.

He was a member of the IOOF and Masons of Southwest Harbor, Maine, and served in World War II.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Amy Stanley of Fort Lauderdale; one daughter, Miss Betty L. Stanley of Southwest Harbor; one son, Boynton of Southwest Harbor; several cousins.

Funeral services and burial were held Thursday at Northfield, N.J.
