Sherman House
Background
This house was owned by Dr. Nelson, a minister from Cincinnati.Then it was owned by the Shermans, storeowners on MDI. It burned down, killing Mr. Sherman and a daughter. Another daughter escaped.
The current owners, Rodman & Susan Ward, built a new house on the same site.
